Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed the day prior to the scheduled appointment. In the case of a same-day cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show, Melted Massage LLC charges the client a 50% service fee.

Appointments start right on time, so please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment start time.
